"Old Yellow House" in Orinda is a truly unique venue for this year's Fandango Fundraiser to benefit the Moraga Adobe.
James Phillip Wright Architect embarked on a labor of love when he rebuilt this 19th century home, originally
constructed as a railroad bunk house in 1890. James will give tours of
his historic home, which blends history with green energy technology and
amazingly creative re-use.
This landmark Orinda house is located
on Moraga Way, one of Orinda's most traveled roads. While you
mostly likely have driven by it, what's inside will almost certainly
surprise you! See green.jpwarch.com for information on the "Old Yellow House".
Parking: No parking is available at the house, park at St. Mark's
United Methodist Church located at 451 Moraga Way, Orinda.
Shuttle vans to the venue will be provided, running continuously between 4:45 pm until 9:30 pm.
